Taken from [livejournal.com profile] kyrene:

Part of being on Livejournal.com is inevitably gaining a number of LJ buddies. Unfortunately, as time wears on, it's easy to forget where all of them came from. Post this in your journal and have your friends respond with how they recall first meeting you.

I noticed you first either on [livejournal.com profile] asatruar or in a comment in [livejournal.com profile] bluedolfyn's journal. But it's possible we have also met on one or more heathen e-lists--other than the Troth ones and the folkish ones, I crop up on a lot of 'em. The Ealdriht boards, too.

Just met your husband a month ago on IRC--when's he coming back to DalNet #frithgard, or when are you dropping in?

Heh, I just mentioned it to him--he had forgotten the name of the channel! :)

I haven't been doing a lot of IRC in recent months, computer's been iffy about it (I haven't been able to make an ADF chat in ages and I'm supposed to be a moderator :(). But if it cooperates I will try--is there a regular or usual time when folks are there?

well, Slefandi_Torfhundur sleeps there (among other places). But real live talking humans, mostly heathen, are there every evening--used to be from about 7 Eastern to about midnight Eastern were peak hours, but I've had to cut back because I now work early mornings seven days a week, so now I leave early. And other people flat out don't have time to chat every day :-( DalNet also has #EnglishHeathenism, [livejournal.com profile] deorwirth's chan where I also hang out, #asatru, which draws a lot of people including [livejournal.com profile] evergrey but is too wiccan for my tastes, and #midgard, which is too folkish for my tastes. And oddly enough [livejournal.com profile] redsonja's (almost entirely heathen) IRC channel is #wicca, but it's on another network--I think UnderNet.

I'm sure there are scads of other heathen chans and for all I know Hellenic chans, over all the IRC networks--someone ought to index them and post a list somewhere. [Wonders how to get Slef to do this.]
