Why not take this opportunity to tell me a little something about yourself. Any old thing at all. Just so the next time I see your name on my flist I can say: "Ah, there's so and so...she/he wears mismatched socks." I'd love it if every single person who friended me would do this. Yes, even you people who I know really well. Then post this in your own journal.

You know what they say about hokey religions and ancient weapons.

I'm all about a good nerf blaster at my side.

I like the smell of burning hair. (that'll make people remember!) I'm also confused. A lot.

Hi! I'm 'crow. I love crow, cows and monkey paraphenalia. I love Apollo and Freya. I love esoteric and celestial knick-knacks. I love Christmas lights and dogs. I looove clothes. I dislike country music, rap, metal, and a great deal of television. I can't stand coconut. I'm allergic to corn. I am an LJ addict and I procrastinate waaay too much, especially when it comes to exercise and household chores. Also, Trent Reznor is mine. :}

I grew up with a cemetery in my back yard and as kids we always played in it. our favourite past time was sledding beside the tombstones or playing war with realistic toy guns and camo make-up.

Cemeteries make great playgrounds! I lived between two of them growing up- one an ultra-modern, landscaped deal with not nearly enough trees & mostly flat markers (as in flush with the ground) & the other a much older place with mausoleums & huge statues.

We knew at least a dozen ways to get into them after they closed the gates, the most daring of which was walking through a culvert for the creek.

I've always loved old cemeteries; not as playgrounds (never lived near one) but I can imagine they'd be great.

I had to get stitches in my right eyelid when I was 5. My doctor was really old, which scared my parents even more.

So you don't want a bio, but an anecdote?

OK, I have an Australian cattle dog, and we've just started an advanced obedience class. You can picture me trying to convince him to "stand", after having previously put a lot of effort into teaching him that all good things come to dogs who sit - rather than jumping up on me and others. He's taken to trying "down" when I don't accept a sit as a response to the "stand" command.
