I was planning to spend the day writing but I think I'm feeling a bit writ out after yesterday.

It doesn't help that the next god on my list is one I have some difficulty connecting with in any case. (Bad excuse, that one--when I know that doing the writing in the first place is one of the best ways for me to develop that connection.)

Or that I got sidetracked this morning on the internet and haven't settled down to serious thought yet. (Also a bad excuse, in that it just means I am too easily distracted, "Ooooh, look, shiny things!")

But if I'm going to start feeling guilty about what I get done on my weekend off... Hell, if I want to spend the whole time playing Avernum and reading LJ, I should do it!

Yes you should! Do whatever it is that makes hearthstone dance! You'll have plenty of work to do when you get back, and the guilt can wait! ;)

Yep, right now I'm playing the same CDs over and over and over. I'd have complaints if the kids were home. (Unless I was playing Garbage, elder daughter loves Garbage...)

Heheheh I know what you mean! Its VERY rare that I'm not yelled at when playing my own music. (Although Jeremiah is a little more cool about that then Paul is.)Its always called "That damn hippy music!" LMFAO

Oh wow! Garbage! I haven't heard Garbage in so long! I think I have one of their cd's SOMEWHERE in this house. LOL

LOL! That's so funny--I'm always (well, occasionally, when I feel like being obnoxious :)) teasing Dan about his "hippie music." He really likes folk music, and has everything Crosby, Stills and Nash (with or without Young) ever put out. 'Course I should talk, with my complete collection of The Doors.. :)

Actually, I'm not that bad. I can't stand most folk music, although I LOVE CSN (WITHOUT Young, I can't stand that guys voice!) I listen mostly to psychedelic stuff.

Actually, that's probably the problem. My husband would like me to listen to a little less Doors, and a little more Deftones! Ack!
