The steel wool in my throat tells me that I am sick again. Or possibly still sick. My guess would be the former. (Hey, maybe I can get through my whole season's worth of colds and flu before the end of December!) But I'm drinking grapefruit juice. I like grapefruit juice, but only the high-end kind, and can only self-justify buying it when I'm sick. So if I'm drinking grapefruit juice, I am probably sick.

I went into town last night and signed us up for a year at the gym; I haven' t been since we let our membership lapse in April, so I know I have a lot of rebuilding to do in terms of strength and endurance. Not that I was any athlete at best, but I was, at least, more fit.
