Today I was working on finding other places for some of the things that have been taking over the kitchen counter. So far I've found new homes for:

The George Foreman Grill
The thing that seals stuff in supposedly-airtight packages for freezing
The blender
Two jugs of honey
A very large jug of soy sauce.

And while I didn't feel the lack of counter space previously, there's sure a lot more of it now!

That's always the hard part. I swear stuff walks, runs, jumps, and flies to claim the empty space on the counters.

Oh, no kidding! Today Dan was looking at the newly bare floor area in front of the fabric cabinet, and said "Hey, I know what could go there!" He was teasing me, of course :)). But for half a second I was horrified--noooo, not my space! :D
