State of the Union with the kid

Elder daughter had homework tonight that consisted of watching the State of the Union address and marking off, on a Bingo card type of thing, when he happened to say certain things (like "bi-partisan" or "Burma") or when things happened (like the Supreme Court standing up or Condoleeze Rice being featured on camera).
Maybe next time I'll make my own, with things like "Guy sleeping in audience" and "Republican side stands up, Democrat side doesn't."
He hasn't said "election" yet, or "tax credit." He has, however, mispronounced "nuclear" several times. :)
I'll be interested in hearing how they use this in her class tomorrow.
Oh, I haven't had a chance to read my flist in a few days and am not sure when I'll get to it, so if there's something you need me to know, um, let me know? :)

The bingo card thing sounds awesome and funny. It's interesting to see how bingo and the state of the union can be turned into a fun, educational learning experience.
