hearthstoneIt's snowing. It's staying. (For now, I still hold out hope that it will go away again, although certainly we could be starting true winter today.) I asked Dan to pick up groceries for me on his way home today so I won't have to go out if I don't want to.
You'd think that, having lived in the snow zone for most of my driving life, I'd be used to it. Hasn't happened. Actually I will be much happier in a month or two when we've had enough snow to huild up 3-4 foot banks on either side of the road--after that's happened, when I hit a patch of ice and spin out I'll hit soft snow. Right now if that happens I'll hit a tree or go into a ditch.
You know it's a dull day when all you have to talk about is the weather. :)
